Delivery times depend on where you live and the time of year that you make your purchase. Exact delivery dates are ultimately the responsibility of the logistics companies handling your order.

Our greetings cards are special because they are of the best possible quality. They’re made from the best paper available, natural flowers that we’ve collected ourselves, and even real Swarovski crystals. Our high standard stationery is handmade and made in France and comprises both unique pieces and small series. And, of course, it is made with love, the most precious emotion of all.

You can cancel your order of greetings card or change it by sending us an email, with your demand. If the reason is due to us, we would be thankful to learn more about it.

You need to write a letter to us within 14 days (of receipt of your delivery) and send us the product in its original packaging to: 6 allée du Château, Montcoy, 71620, France. You are liable for the cost of carriage, i.e. the postage for the return of the item.

Yes, we may be a family business based in France, but we ship our products all over the world. However, keep in mind that delivery times may be longer. If you live a long way from Europe, we would advise you to place larger orders, rather than a greater number of smaller orders, thus cutting down on your waiting time.
